Great location, close to shops and metro station. Good breakfast with Mediterranean selection. Manager Junaid was excellent and helpful. Clean and spacious rooms, as shown in pictures. Professional and polite staff. Superb coffee and good sauna. Friendly and helpful staff. Nearby mosques and playground area.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me to explore the area. There were many different ways to travel to different tourist destinations nearby, like the metro station and tramway station which were not far away. The service was excellent with 24-hour room service, laundry and shuttle service available. I loved the amenities in the room like the ironing facilities, tea and coffee, and mini-bar. The staff were also very attentive and friendly, and the spa and wellness centre was a great place to relax.
I recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The hotel is conveniently located, not far from the center of the city and close to the train station. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with large beds and spacious bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a variety of options, including fresh vegetables and pastries. the hotel offers private parking and shuttle services to the airport on very reasonable rates.
The noise from the neighboring rooms and the hall can sometimes be heard, causing a bit of disturbance.

The location of the hotel was excellent and the cleanliness was great. One specific situation I experienced was the helpfulness of the hotel staff. When I had some stomach problems due to the spicy food, they were very understanding and willing to assist me.
Although the soundproofing of the building was not perfect, it didn't bother me much.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and they provided all the assistance we needed, especially for my mom who has mobility difficulties. The room we stayed in was spacious, located in a corner, and very comfortable. We enjoyed a delicious and varied Turkish breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, which also had a lovely view of the main street. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of the old city and the famous Grand Bazaar. there was a bus stop right across the road, making transportation convenient. The hotel was also close to the Historia mall and all the main attractions of the city.
